How do I know if I have Excel 2007 or an earlier version
The best way to determine this is to Click on the HELP menu item at the top of the Excel screen and then the 'About Microsoft Excel' tab.
If you can't find a HELP menu item but you have a picture of a '?' on the top right hand side of the Excel screen then you have Excel 2007
